My name is Frank and this is my blog. I started this blog as a way share my interest in software development, personal finance, photography, travel, and other hobbies. While this is a personal blog where I am free to express my views and opinions on any subject matter I prefer to maintain a semi-professional tone and try to provide useful information to my readers. This may include product or book reviews, travel tips, or how-to articles. I may, at times, promote products or services which I think are cool or worth while. All of which is based on my own opinion.

I am a Software Engineer currently working for a private company based in San Francisco, California. I live in the East Bay and enjoy working in the city despite the commute. I have over 12 years of experience in the software industry developing enterprise applications on Microsoft and Linux/Java/J2EE platforms.
